I have 2 lap tops ,why do I have to always enter my passwords when there supposed to be saved? for easy access....

If you are using only one browser every time and the laptops which you are using maintaining privacy so you can enable auto forms option in the browser settings.

So if you enable these options you will be asked to save the passwords but remember when you share your laptop the passwords are automatically gets filled when any one select your ID from the drop down and here privacy matters.

So many third party software's are also available to save all the passwords and forms, If you are using any Mozilla  chrome or Internet explorer you can find the extensions or plugins in their market places. Some browsers are providing many tools like profiles so you need to know how to use profiles........here by default one profile is created called 'profile1' and after create a 'profile2' if you are using the profile 2 for browsing, all other forms filling, saving the passwords...etc

In my opinion that saving passwords into browsers is a bad way because if you save your common email passwords that might be ok but if you save banking passwords, credit card tokens..etc that is very bad thinking. If you are using use these tools to a certain limit.

There may be several problems that shock wave objects crashes in Google chrome. Once you need to check that may be in past your system is infected with virus...etc. You have cleaned your system with antivirus, but you need to know that the virus present in the system in the past might have infected your daily using programmes like browsers, games and applications..etc. you need to check whether it is working fine or not after cleaning your system. If not working properly you will find these type of errors "shock wave object not responding or crashed" or Chrome automatically closes and sends error reports to Google and after the Google chrome slows down. I have faced this problem from the past and just uninstall and reinstalling the process is going on....

If you have faced this problem, you need to follow these steps:-

In address bar of chrome type about:plugins.

Plugins page will open, on the top right click on the details

find the shock wave player object and click on disable it. What we are doing here is the plugin which contained in the Google chrome is not functioning correctly and we are disabling it. we are getting the 3rd party plugin.

Restart Google chrome and download the adobe flash player from the adobe website and plugin will be added to Google chrome.

That's it, your chrome will work.

So whenever I open a web browser (usually Google chrome) and go to any site, my anti virus software always detects 6 trojan virus. I have avast anti virus by the way, its the free one though. I also downloaded some movies and songs through torrent. Maybe that's why. So I scanned my computer and deleted the infected/infectious files. But its still the same, they still detect a virus. So I'm freaking out here. What should I do? Is my computer really infected?

May be your PC is still infected with Virus or Trojans, You need to scan in depth of your system files. Avast free edition has limited features when compared to a Avast Internet Security. One more reason behind this is, in your pc some malware software may be installed once check in the control panel add/remove progrrames. Then check in browsers plugin or extensions there might be some unnecessary plugins installed. If you have found one uninstall it and restart browsers, reset to default settings.

Better install a Norton Internet Security Trial, remove the avast free edition. After Update the norton virus defintions. If any threats found I assure you it will remove the threats. and Run a Full System Scan. Symantec provides the Security software with full features with 30 days trial. After 30 days if you can afford buy a full version of the software.

So many malware sites are there in world wide web, people dont know which they should download or avoid. Installing a Internet Security software will protect your PC from all these types of softwares.
