When ever I try to delete McAfee and all those other annoying PC cleaning popups on my laptop they just end up coming back on there somehow. Is a way to permanently get rid of them !?! Please answer. Any info will help thanks.

Deleting Mcafee means you are going to installed location and deleting the folders may be that's not the right way. You need to go to control panel and uninstall the McAfee antivirus and this is the procedure you need to follow.

Popups are getting automatically on you laptop it means there might be some ad ware sort of software's are installed in your laptop once check them and uninstall them. Most of malware sites or ad ware sites automatically install a plugin into your browser and if you enable privacy options you will get the alert.

If you are using McAfee full versions and update and scan the whole computer, if not install the avast free antivirus that's work better ever. They provide one year license aswell.

If you want to get rid of all those things you need to enable privacy options in the operating system. Windows 7 has the good privacy options where windows xp has very less.

The best free antivirus is that Avast in my point of view that is the free best antivirus till now and I was using this avast free edition since version 5 and the avast is the major antivirus programme and using since 3 years, I personally experienced a good performance of the security programme.

They provide 1 year license as well which is free of cost and provides upgrades and updates for a year. It scan engine, virus database is awesome and user interface is very nice where one can easily understand the programme and use it thoroughly.

Eset also provides a god antivirus programme, but I didn't find that much performance when compared to Avast antivirus and so many antivirus programmes are available on the Internet. AVG is also one of them and  provides free license for lifetime when I was using it a 4 years ago and problem with this is, If a infected file found in compressed file i.e. zip or rar file, this antivirus programme deletes all the data means the complete rar or compressed file will be deleted and so other important files in it will be lost.

That was the time I was searching for a good antivirus and I found Avast. 

Symantec Norton is awesome which I used a Trial version for 30 days. If wanna buy I would by the Norton Internet Security or Norton 360.

I want to open Mozilla Firefox (internet) then my computer stopped working so I press the off button and when I press it again to restart..advance start up option appear because I didn't shut down properly.But when I use the option it doesn't work and appear a stop error code: 0x0000007B(0xF88DB524,0xC0000034,0x00000… and stop error code:0x0000007B (0xF89A6524, 0xC0000034, 0x… can't use any of those option..What should I do?

There might be lot of infected files in you windows, Your pc is infected with virus and trojans...etc. Once check or remember that you might have downloaded any attachments from mails that may contain virus or trojans etc and that too you have downloaded that file from Mozilla Firefox.

I think you don't have any good antivirus, Firstly install Trojan Remover on you system as Mozilla doesn't opens and download the trojan remover using trojan remover and install it scan the whole computer but before that disconnect from internet. There is a option called reset windows policies and internet explorer policies..etc and reset all them. Install the Avast antivirus they provides 1 year free license and scan the whole computer.

If your system is not booting up, once reinstall the windows or contact the system administrator.

In my point of view the system restore can not help any desktop or laptop, just it restores the system files or system to the previous state.

If your system is infected with virus, trojans...etc then you are trying to restore the system to previous state, may the virus does not allow the system to restore to a previous state. Most the infected systems which I observed system restore does not work, it gives a message "system restoration fails" and after that it it restarts.

May the system restores works in safe mode, once try in safe mode. Better install any free antivirus and update it and scan whole computer. I prefer to install Avast free edition antivirus, they provide one year free license and install it update and scan the whole system.

So I have a desktop and am trying to get it connect to the internet. I have a wireless adapter connected but the computer doesn't seem to pick it up at all. I am not sure if the computer isn't picking up the adapter or if the adapter just doesn't work as I can't even get a network connections list (just local). The network itself works just fine. If anyone could help me out, I have a 2002 windows xp.

It seems that your network adapter is not working fine, means that you have not installed the drivers or may not have installed the correct drivers. First thing I wanna know the wireless adapter is connected to the PCI slot or onboard wirless and If that is a PCI slot, may the slot is not working fine, just insert the wireless adapter in other PCI slots. Check whether working fine or not.

After that one check the model number of the wireless adapter and download the latest drivers as you are using windows xp and it may not contain the pre installed drivers, you need to download the latest drivers and your wireless network should not be in hidden mode.

One more thing is that assign a WPA2 key the wireless network for the secure connection, if not it will become a open network.

There are many ways to disconnect the devices that have connected to a Router/Modem. If that is connected through LAN there is no need to disconnect and just unplug is enough and if that is a desktop or a Laptop or a Smartphone or any other device you can disconnect them from the list of WIFI networks available. You will find the total list of WIFI networks available near by and if you want to Disconnect them right from your device you need to right click on it and click on forget so the settings allotted to that particular network like password...etc will be forgotten by the device and as the same thing repeats in laptop, desktop and smartphone as well.

If you want to remove the devices that connected to your router or modem. You need to know whether the connected devices are showing in the router or not. If shown there will be a option like forget or delete and just click on it. The Router will forget them.

I have a HP Office jet Pro 8500A printer and it is wireless i have connected it before but it doesn't work this time. I have my laptop and printer connected to the same network but when i try printing a document on word it says that the printer is offline if anyone can help to make it online again it would be greatly appreciated. thank you and I called HP customer service apparently you have to buy a package to get help -_- so not interested in spending over 50 bucks for one help so yeah that's out of the question

First thing is you need to know that whether you have installed the correct drivers of that printer, see here there may different types of models for example assume that there is printer called office jet pro 8500a and one more is office jet pro 8500, when compared the both models are similar but if we check specifications there will be a lot of difference in the performance and drivers will also differ here. Once check which drivers you have installed or download the latest drivers from the HP website.

After checking with drivers, if installed the correct drivers and you need to give a test print. If that success the drivers or software you installed are perfect. There is option like use printer offline, when you right click on printer uncheck that user printer offline, you can check that if no other person want to use your printer.

This method or option is a good one, but so many people are not aware of it.
